Este lunes se firmó el convenio entre la Ciudad Autónoma de Melilla y el Festival de Málaga para fortalecer la colaboración entre el certamen y la Melilla Film Commission, que tiene como principal objetivo promocionar las localizaciones de la ciudad, así como también ofrecer a las productoras servicios logísticos, asesoramiento y acompañamiento. Tal y como apuntó Fadela Mohatar, consejera de Cultura de Melilla, “estamos trabajando para facilitar la atenuación de los gastos que afectan a la industria audiovisual”. Por su parte, Juan Antonio Vigar hizo hincapié en las excelentes relaciones que se han tejido entre los dos territorios.

Melilla signs an agreement with Festival de Málaga
The agreement between the Autonomous City of Melilla and Festival de Málaga was signed on Monday to reinforce the collaboration between the event and the Melilla Film Commission. Its main objective is to promote the city’s locations, as well as offering production companies logistical services, advice, and support. Fadela Mohatar, Melilla’s Councillor for Culture, pointed out: “we are working to facilitate the mitigation of expenses affecting the audiovisual industry”. On the other hand, Juan Antonio Vigar emphasised the excellent relations that have been established between the two territories.
