La playa de la Malagueta ha sido una fiesta durante el primer fin de semana del Festival de Málaga. El programa de La Villa del Mar ha ofrecido una serie de actividades que han congregado a multitud de familias para compartir la historia del cine y vislumbrar el futuro del entretenimiento.
Tras la estela del 40 aniversario de los Premios Goya, el domingo se rindió tributo a la historia del cine español con un Trivial que puso a prueba a los asistentes. La nostalgia estuvo también presente el sábado en el ámbito de los videojuegos con una sesión dedicada a las primeras adaptaciones al formato de películas, que se completó en la Zona experiencial con la oportunidad de descubrir los nuevos títulos desarrollados por creadores malagueños.
Este espacio reunió muestras de video generativo y la realidad virtual atrajeron a un gran número de asistentes para disfrutar del futuro del entretenimiento.
En este diálogo entre el legado y la vanguardia, los conciertos ‘El rock se cuela en el cine’ revivieron las bandas sonoras más icónicas del séptimo arte. Por su parte, las actuaciones de Las Dianas y García Picasso consolidaron la apuesta del festival por el talento musical emergente.
Con el foco puesto en la evolución del sector, se desarrollaron talleres muy concurridos de diseño de personajes de cómic y manga, y de storytelling y creación de vídeo con IA, a cargo de Janto Fernández, de AI Storytelling Modester Academy, en los que se abordó la importancia del ‘prompt’ a la hora de generar contenidos y se presentaron las herramientas más útiles y accesibles.
Imaginar las historias del futuro
Hoy, la Villa del Mar se convertirá en un laboratorio de innovación dedicado a las herramientas que están transformando el sector, que contará con una mesa redonda organizada por Google y la presentación de la serie en formato vertical, ‘TILF’, de la argentina Gimena Accardi.

In the wake of the 40th anniversary of the Goya Awards, Sunday saw a tribute to the history of Spanish cinema with a quiz that put the audience to the test. Nostalgia was also present on Saturday in the field of video games with a session dedicated to the first adaptations to film format, which was rounded off in the Experiential Zone with the opportunity to discover new titles developed by Malaga creators.
This space brought together examples of generative video and virtual reality, which attracted a large number of people eager to enjoy the future of entertainment.
In this dialogue between legacy and avant-garde, the concerts El rock se cuela en el cine (Rocks Sneaks into Cinema) revived the most iconic soundtracks of the seventh art. The performances by Las Dianas and García Picasso consolidated the festival’s commitment to emerging musical talent.
