El ministro de Cultura, Ernest Urtasun; el alcalde de Málaga, Francisco de la Torre, y el director del Festival, Juan Antonio Vigar, se citaron ayer con los miembros de la Conferencia de Autoridades Audiovisuales y Cinematográficas de Iberoamérica (CAACI). Tras la bienvenida de su secretario ejecutivo, Luis Chaby, el titular de Cultura destacó el objetivo de promover un audiovisual iberoamericano potente. Por su parte, Ignasi Camós, director del ICAA, apuntó la necesidad de compartir reflexiones, mientras que Francisco de la Torre deseó a los asistentes un encuentro fructífero. Concluyó Juan Antonio Vigar, invitando a los asistentes a descubrir el Festival. Jesús Domínguez
The Minister for Culture, Ernest Urtasun; the Mayor of Malaga, Francisco de la Torre, and the Director of the Festival, Juan Antonio Vigar met yesterday with members of the Conference of Ibero-American Audiovisual and Film Authorities (CAACI). After the welcome address by its executive secretary, Luis Chaby, the Minister for Culture highlighted the objective of promoting a powerful Ibero-American audiovisual sector. Ignasi Camós, director of the ICAA, pointed out the need to share reflections, and the mayor of Málaga wished the participants a fruitful meeting.
